To start off with when we walked in. The poor guy, did not know what he was doing. He had only been there for a week, which is understandable. The manager was in the back and did not come out to help out when he had a line check in. Then we get to our room and the room smells terrible. Like they had mopped with dirty mop water. Then the shower door was coming off the hinges. When I went up to the front to go and informed the manager. She said I could just give you another room instead of reimbursing me because she said it was passed the reimbursement time. I told her I have never been to a hotel where there is holes in the ceilings and things going wrong. In the room. With terrible smells. I went ahead changed rooms when we get to this new room, there’s wires hanging out of the air condition than our door did not want to lock. Finally, when it did lock, we left, came back to our room about 930 at night and the TV was on. When we did not leave it on. I called the front desk. They’re excuse was they had another TV in there and when that person checked into their room. It turned on our TV which makes no sense. The TV had welcome. Maria, which is not our name. Then in the morning we wake up as I was gonna use the towel where the restroom is at. There was bloodstains on the hand towel. This will be the last time I ever stay at this facility. I stayed at a previous spring hill Marriott, and had no issues at that one. But at this one, there was lots of issues.

"As soon as you walk in the hotel, there is a beautiful fountain! It is located on the riverwalk, but off to the side of all the main restaurants and shops; perfect location if you want quiet but a quick walk to everything. We cannot wait to go back!!"
